Patrick is an AI-native CFO and Growth Advisor who helps founder-led and private equity-backed companies build the operating systems required to scale. As Managing Partner of Blue Phi Capital, he partners with leadership teams to turn finance into a real-time decision engine by designing AI-enabled systems that connect operational data, unit economics, and experimentation so executives can make faster, higher-quality decisions.

He works with companies moving from problem/solution fit to product/market fit, helping identify the true constraints in their business model and building systems for repeatable growth. His work often includes automating financial operations, implementing continuous accounting and scenario modeling, and aligning teams through OKRs and EOS to accelerate learning cycles, improve capital efficiency, and sharpen strategic focus.

Over the past 25 years, Patrick has worked across angel investing, venture capital, private equity, and executive leadership. Before founding Blue Phi Capital, he held roles including Operations Manager and Principal at Title Arbitrage Group, CFO and Head of Investor Relations at EIM Capital, and Partner and CFO at Capital E Advisors, where he helped scale AUM from $250M to $1.5B. He holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Delft University, an MBA from NYU Stern, and is a CFA charterholder.
